About Balance

Ever wondered what the tiny cells that work in your body do all day everyday? Watch ‘Balance’ as dancers morph into the microscopic marvels of immune cells. A mesmerising and high-spirited dance theatre performance, inspiring wonder and appreciation of the human body. Suitable for the whole family.

‘Balance’ is more than just a show; it is a quest for Balance, an exploration of resilience, renewal, and the interconnectedness of all living things.

Balance is created and performed by Keneish Dance in collaboration with Dr Darius Koester, Centre for Mechanochemical Cell Biology, Warwick University.
