We recognise that very occasionally material we make available online may be in breach of copyright laws, contain sensitive personal data or include content that may be regarded as obscene or defamatory.
If you believe that content hosted on our online platforms violates your rights or applicable laws, this Takedown Policy outlines the process for notifying us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action. We aim to act promptly while ensuring that both the complainant's and the content owner's rights are considered.

For Copyright Infringement, please provide:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The URL or other precise location of the content.
- Your contact details, including name, email address, and phone number.
- A statement confirming that you believe, in good faith, that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement confirming the accuracy of your notice and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
For Libel or Defamation, please provide:
- A description of the allegedly defamatory content.
- The URL or precise location of the content.
- Evidence of why the statement is false and how it harms your reputation.
- A statement confirming the accuracy of your notice and that the content is defamatory under UK law.
For Obscenity, please provide:
- A description of the allegedly obscene content.
- The URL or precise location of the content.
- A statement detailing why you believe the content violates applicable laws on obscenity.
For UK GDPR Violations, please provide:
- Details of the content or data you believe violates your privacy rights under the UK GDPR.
- The URL or precise location of the content.
- Evidence of your connection to the data (e.g., proof that it pertains to you).
- A description of how the content violates the UK GDPR (e.g., lack of consent, unauthorised sharing, or inaccurate data).
Response to Takedown Requests
Upon receiving a valid takedown notice, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt of the notice within 5 business days.
- Investigate the claim by reviewing the allegedly infringing material.
- Remove or disable access to the infringing material, if the claim is found to be valid, within 10 business days.
- Notify the user who uploaded the material about the removal and provide them with the opportunity to submit a counter-notice if they believe the material was removed in error.
Your information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). We will not share your personal details without consent or email you outside of the Takedown enquiry, unless you choose to hear from us.
